An outstanding project is the agricultural photovoltaic system Ing. Franz Penz in Edelschrott, Styria, with a capacity of 6.3 MWp. This system covers around 60,000 square metres and includes approximately 19,500 modules. Construction began in October 2023, with grid feed-in starting in December 2023. The project combines electricity generation with agricultural use, as it includes a new sheep barn alongside the PV system. The estimated annual CO₂ savings amount to 3,800 tonnes (source: eco-tec.at). Other significant projects include the 28 MWp Windheimat solar park in Traidersberg and the "Im Wind" project with around 38.4 MWp capacity, both realised as ground-mounted systems (source: eco-tec.at). Additionally, Eco-tec manages various rooftop systems such as Gemüseland Schneider in Groß-Enzersdorf (7,512 kWp), Textilservice Brolli in Graz (1,550 kWp), Scheucher Parkett in Mettersdorf (4,900 kWp), Grünstrom GmbH in Trofaiach (6,400 kWp) and Citypark Graz (830 kWp) (source: eco-tec.at). These projects demonstrate Eco-tec's broad experience in implementing PV systems of various sizes and uses.

Over the past two years, Eco-tec.at Photovoltaics GmbH has experienced strong growth, reporting a 400% increase within five years. The company now employs over 70 staff and has a project pipeline of approximately 90 MWp photovoltaic and 100 MWh storage capacity (source: eco-tec.at). Furthermore, Eco-tec operates a 25,000 square metre warehouse that supports rapid project execution (source: eco-tec.at). The recent completion of the Ing. Franz Penz system marks a milestone, as it was realised within about eight weeks of construction by in-house installation teams and integrated complex requirements such as agricultural use, new barn buildings, transformer stations and grid connection (source: eco-tec.at). The company's communication currently focuses on the rising demand for commercial PV and storage solutions, especially against the backdrop of increasing electricity prices in Austria (source: eco-tec.at).

Eco-tec.at Photovoltaics GmbH offers a multidisciplinary working environment with diverse roles including photovoltaic design and engineering, project development, permitting management, subsidy administration, procurement and warehousing, construction management, electrical engineering, on-site installation, grid connection, commissioning, maintenance, customer service as well as commercial project management (source: eco-tec.at).
