Ihre Rolle
Als Head of Controlling verantworten Sie die finanzielle Gesamtsteuerung der Conversio Gruppe und agieren als Sparringspartner der Geschäftsführung sowie der Gesellschafter. Sie gestalten aktiv die weitere Wachstumsstrategie der Unternehmensgruppe mit und professionalisieren die Finanzorganisation auf Gruppenebene.
Sie verbinden strategische Weitsicht mit operativer Exzellenz und schaffen Transparenz, Struktur und Skalierbarkeit in einem wachstumsorientierten Umfeld.
Ihre Aufgaben
Strategische Finanzsteuerung
- Verantwortung für die gesamte Finanzstrategie der Unternehmensgruppe
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Unternehmens-, Liquiditäts- und Investitionsplanungen
- Aufbau eines professionellen Gruppenreportings inklusive KPI-Systemen und Forecasting
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei strategischen Entscheidungen, M&A-Projekten und Wachstumsinitiativen
- Entwicklung von Finanzierungsstrategien
Controlling & Reporting
- Verantwortung für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Konsolidierung der Gruppengesellschaften
- Einführung und Optimierung von Reporting- und Controllingprozessen
- Sicherstellung von Transparenz, Compliance und Risikomanagement
- Steuerung externer Partner wie Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer und Banken
Treasury & Finanzierung
- Cashflow-Management und Liquiditätssteuerung auf Gruppenebene
- Verhandlung mit Banken, Investoren und Finanzierungspartnern
- Optimierung von Kapitalstruktur und Working Capital
Organisation & Leadership
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Finance-Organisation
- Führung und Entwicklung des Finance-Teams
- Digitalisierung und Automatisierung finanzieller Prozesse
- Einführung moderner ERP- und BI-Strukturen
Ihr Profil
Fachlich
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Finanzfunktion (z. B. CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance)
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Skalierung wachsender Unternehmensstrukturen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Controlling, Corporate Finance, Treasury und Bilanzierung
- Erfahrung mit Gruppenstrukturen und Konsolidierung
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in den Bereichen Energie, Infrastruktur, Technologie oder Projektgeschäft
