Functieomschrijving Als Assistent Plantmanager in Harlingen ondersteun je de Plantmanager bij de vlotte uitvoering van het productieproces en het coördineren van de werkzaamheden van medewerkers op de Plant. Je speelt een cruciale rol bij het onderhoud van de installaties en helpt bij het handhaven van de operationele efficiëntie. Jouw betrokkenheid is van groot belang om de veiligheid en effectiviteit van de processen te waarborgen. Met jouw toewijding en teamwork draag je bij aan het succes van onze activiteiten in Harlingen.
Wat zijn je taken?
- Bediening, bewaking en bijstelling van installaties voor soepel productieproces;
- Tweede aanspreekpunt, naast de Plantmanager voor storingen en onderhoud op locatie;
- Coördinatie en bewaking van productieprocessen en medewerkers voor efficiëntie en kwaliteit op de plant;
- Uitvoeren van onderhoudsbeleid voor apparatuur betrouwbaarheid.
Jouw profiel
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Vooropleiding in de richting procesindustrie, AOT of techniek is een pré;
- Innoverend, probleemoplossend en resultaatgericht zijn jouw kenmerkende competenties;
- Je beschikt over leidinggevende capaciteiten om werkzaamheden te coördineren;
- Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal, zowel in spreken als schrijven.
