Nous recherchons un Technicien Support Technique Industriel pour assurer la gestion technique et administrative des demandes clients, tout en renforçant la relation client et en optimisant nos processus internes.

🚀 Vos missions
🔹 Support technique et gestion client : Diagnostiquer les pannes, proposer des solutions adaptées et assurer le dépannage à distance.
🔹 Coordination des interventions : Suivre les incidents, organiser les interventions et assurer un reporting précis.
🔹 Optimisation des processus : Utiliser SAP, MariProject et d'autres outils pour améliorer la gestion des incidents et des opérations.
🔹 Documentation et suivi : Enregistrer les incidents, rédiger des rapports techniques et proposer des améliorations.
🔹 Relation client & support commercial : Assurer un suivi client personnalisé, élaborer des devis techniques et contribuer à la fidélisation.
Qualifications
🎯 Votre profil
✅ Expérience : Minimum 5 ans dans un poste similaire (maintenance industrielle, support technique).
✅ Compétences techniques : Mécanique, électricité, automatisation, hydraulique, électromécanique - une expertise en biométhanisation est un plus.
✅ Maîtrise des outils : ERP (SAP), GMAO, pack Office et gestion de planning.
✅ Langues : Français courant, anglais professionnel (oral et écrit), l'allemand est un plus.
✅ Qualités personnelles : Organisation, rigueur, autonomie, excellent relationnel et sens du service.
📍 Mobilité requise : Permis B obligatoire pour déplacements ponctuels.
