Your missions

If you share our ambition and feel ready to deliver our strong commitments, join the Operations team, you will be directly reporting to Santiago, maintenance manager.

Your main missions:

Exploiting charging station networks

  • Meet the expectations of the customer, owner of the charging stations, as established in the contract, including availability rates, intervention and repair deadlines to avoid any penalties.
  • Ensure internal and external reporting at agreed-upon intervals.
  • Manage service providers (equipment manufacturers, maintainers, etc.) to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Trigger necessary maintenance operations (preventive and corrective).
  • Conduct customer service actions on DRIVECO products (diagnosis, repair, estimation, logistics).
  • Assist customers and users via phone and email.
  • Assist the DRIVECO works team during commissioning.
  • Manage maintenance operations with our national partner (create intervention records, monitor intervention, validate completion of intervention).
  • Provide technical expertise on products installed by DRIVECO.
  • Ensure the quality of equipment and make proposals for improvement.
  • Identify technical solutions for enhancements.
  • Analyze failures to readjust priorities or modify methodologies.
  • Ensure on-call availability via phone.
  • Travel to the site for interventions requiring strong technical expertise.
  • Participate in training plans for service providers and DRIVECO teams.

A Master's degree (Bac+5) or an Engineering degree is required.

Hard Skills

  • Versatile technical knowledge: electronics, computer science, electricity, and mechanics.

  • Build a quality relationship and establish a climate of trust with the clients and partners of the company.
  • You possess technical skills in electricity and electronics gained through significant first-hand experience of at least two years in managing the maintenance of a product fleet. This experience covers activities ranging from diagnosing issues, monitoring maintenance, to providing product improvement recommendations.
