Today we are looking for trainees (M/V/X) for our Flexible Generation & Renewables division in Belgium.

A 24-month rotation program during which you will:

  • receive extensive on-the-job field training & coaching by senior experts and field managers in different operational areas
  • gain technical knowledge and hands-on experience by working in the different power plants and wind farms of Engie all over Belgium.

YOUR PROFILE as Trainee (M/F/X)

  • Master degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Physical Engineering,
  • Good understanding of the energy sector and the energy transition landscape and you are passionate about developing your career in this business.
  • Hands-on with great interest in operative “in-the-field” assignments
  • You adapt easily to different domains and environments
  • You love to take initiative and to take full responsibility of the projects you manage.
  • You like to work in teams where ideas and knowledge is shared with peers.
  • You speak French/Dutch and are able to work in the other language and in English.
  • You are willing to travel regularly to different ENGIE sites in Belgium
