Product Innovation Manager

RABOT Charge has an opening for a Product Innovation Manager to lead innovative initiatives for our products. As a Product Innovation Manager, you will own the product lifecycle, from idea generation to prototype development and testing. You will report to the CPO and work together to set a vision for the function and forge cross-functional partnerships across the organization.

Your Impact

• Develop MVPs and manage pilot projects to test new products and features.
• Collaborate closely engineering teams to plan and execute innovative product cycles.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to ensure our new and existing products meet customer needs and market trends.
• Oversee the discovery and delivery phases of product development, ensuring seamless transitions between stages.
• Generate and develop new product ideas, driving R&D efforts to explore new opportunities.
• Create compelling product stories and promotional materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to position RABOT Charge uniquely and effectively.
• Create an innovation process for new product ideas

What can you bring

• Product and/or Innovation Background: Demonstrated experience in leading product innovation initiatives, with a solid understanding of the product lifecycle.
• Data-Driven: Proficiency in utilizing data to drive product decisions and measure success.
• Cross-Functional Team Experience: Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and other cross-functional teams.
• Experience with KPIs: Strong experience in setting, tracking, and achieving key performance indicators.
• Discovery/Delivery: Expertise in managing the discovery and delivery phases of product development.
• MVP and Pilot Project Management: Experience in building MVPs and managing pilot projects to test new concepts.
• Product Testing: Skilled in testing new products and iterating based on feedback.
• R&D: Background in research and development, with a focus on driving innovation.
• Idea Generation: Creative thinker with a track record of generating innovative product ideas.
• Prototype Development and Testing: Hands-on experience in developing and testing prototypes.
• Language Skills: Fluency in German (C1) and English is crucial for effective communication with our diverse customer base and stakeholders.
• Location: Be based OR be willing to relocate to Hamburg
