Across all Group companies, the International Tax Law Assistant supports the international tax department on various international tax matters related to project development (acquisitions / disposals, restructurings, financings, partnerships,...).

The position is based in Montpellier.

Main Tasks

The International Tax Law Assistant will be involved in the following key responsibilities:

• Assisting in the implementation of tax reporting (DAC 6, local forms, etc.);
• Assisting in drafting transfer pricing documentation for Qair International and its subsidiaries;
• Drafting tax analyses on various international tax subjects;
• Conducting technical research;
• Coordinating with the Qair network on local tax issues.

Skills Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tax Law or Business School with strong knowledge of tax law and accounting.

You will work in a highly international environment; fluency in professional English, both spoken and written, is required.

You possess strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and excellent writing ability.

You are rigorous, precise, dynamic, proactive, and comfortable communicating with diverse stakeholders in French and English (teamwork), on a variety of topics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite would be advantageous.
