GREENDEED est une entreprise du groupe Vinci Energies spécialisée dans trois domaines : les offres Energy As A Service dans le milieu industriel, les Certificats d'Économie d'Énergie (CEE) en tant que mandataire et les missions d'audit.
Nous travaillons principalement en B2B avec les entreprises du groupe pour les accompagner auprès de leurs clients avec des solutions clé en main permettant de décarboner et d'optimiser les consommations d'énergie.
Nous recherchons notre futur(e) Responsable de Projets Efficacité Énergétique.
Rattaché(e) au Chef d'entreprise, vous développez les activités de GREENDEED en vous appuyant sur notre base de clients et nos outils dédiés.
Ayant une appétence commerciale, vous devrez faire preuve d'autonomie et d'esprit d'initiative.
Vos missions sont principalement et de façon non exhaustive
- Être force de proposition sur les affaires à développer.
- Sécurisation technique des dossiers en cours.
- Accompagnement sur les projets CEE, développement de missions (type Etude préalable, note de dimensionnement, montage des CPE, Quickscan.)
- Collaboration avec l'équipe pour assurer la satisfaction des clients et la fidélisation.
- Veille réglementaire sur l'évolution des réglementations CEE.
- Veille technique concernant les projets d'efficacité énergétique.
- Participation à l'amélioration continue des processus et des outils de production.
- Proposition de solutions innovantes pour réduire la consommation d'énergie, en accord avec les objectifs de développement durable du groupe VINCI.
- Participation au cluster EE de la marque ACTEMIUM.
Profil demandé
Diplômé(e) d'un diplôme d'ingénieur en énergie ou d'un bac+3 avec une expérience équivalente dans ce domaine, vous avez idéalement 3 ans d'expérience après votre diplôme.
Vous avez des qualités telles que l'autonomie, la rigueur et l'adaptation rapide face aux changements. Vous appréciez travailler en équipe et êtes à l'aise pour communiquer avec les différentes parties prenantes.
Des déplacements sont à prévoir.
