Responsibilities

  • Serve as point of contact for customers regarding routine Field Service activities.
  • Create and dispatch customer appointments in line with tech routes and schedules.
  • Initiate tasks for further work required for field service dispatches.
  • Prioritize customer escalations and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Meet performance metrics and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and internal teams, providing necessary updates and reporting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, including customer service and scheduling.
  • Basic knowledge of solar installation, construction, or roofing preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in effective team collaboration.
