Job Description

As Product Manager for Payments & Subscriptions, you will:

  • Lead the product management lifecycle for our payment and subscription offerings, from idea to implementation
  • Develop and optimize payment processes globally to ensure seamless, secure and scalable transactions
  • Be one of the first members of a cross-functional team working together with engineers & designers
  • Conduct user research & use insights from analytics & experiments to gain valuable insights and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with product managers & stakeholders to develop new ideas and concepts to expand revenue streams & monetarization of our renewable energy solutions
  • Define the roadmap based on outcomes and data, aligning with international stakeholders
  • Foster communication between teams, including developers, product managers, and external partners, to ensure everyone is aligned and moving towards common objectives
  • Managing the expectations and requirements of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards
  • Regularly presenting project progress to maintain transparency and keep all stakeholders informed
  • Ensuring that projects are documented, well-coordinated, and regularly updated for transparency and progress tracking

Your profile

What we are looking for:

  • Several years of experience in product management, ideally in fintech, e-commerce or payments
  • A solid understanding of billing and payment systems, integrations and processes
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and motivate your team toward shared goals
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Proficiency in standard digital project and product management tools such as Jira, Figma, Miro or Power-BI, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
  • A customer-first mindset, always looking for ways to improve the user paying and billing experience
  • A data-driven, outcome-focused approach, focused on measurable results
  • A passion for sustainability and driving the energy transition forward
  • Proven expertise in managing timelines, addressing bottlenecks, and fostering seamless collaboration across multiple departments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong English proficiency; German is a plus
