Job Description
Skeleton's Advanced Engineering team is seeking a R&D Mechanical Intern (m/f/x).
The paid internship takes place in our Lappeenranta Office & Test Shop.
Internship period would be full-time workhours from May to August.
Your main responsibilities will include the following:
- General mechanical design: Creating 3D and 2D drawings;
- Basic mechanical calculations;
- Participation in prototype building.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Master's program in Mechanical Engineering or a related field OR completed Bachelor's or Master's program from the same fields;
- Fluency in English is required (both written and spoken);
- Good CAD program skills (Solidworks preferred, Inventor, Fusion NX);
- Understanding of typical prototyping and manufacturing technologies.
- Desire for continuous learning.
- Hands-on mentality- not afraid to get "hands dirty".
- Strong problem- solving skills.
Beneficial:
