Job Description

Wegens de sterke groei van Zaptec in de Benelux zijn wij op zoek naar een bekwame & technische specialist om ons support team te versterken!
Op kantoor in Amsterdam en (eventueel) vanuit huis werk je samen met het Benelux team en ons Global Operations team.
Een greep uit je dagelijkse werkzaamheden;
- Afhandelen van inkomende en uitgaande klantvragen
- Onderhouden en opbouwen van klantrelaties
- Het on- en offline begeleiden van trainingen
- Bijdragen aan de belangrijke doelstellingen (KPI’s)
- Projectbegeleiding van en advies aan nieuwe en bestaande klanten
- Proactief assisteren in de verbetering van onze producten en applicaties

Ben jij dit?
Benodigde vaardigheden die we zoeken voor deze rol
- Minimaal 2-3 jaar ervaring als technical support medewerker.
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een pré.
- Ervaring in de energie / EV-sector is een sterke pré.
- Kennis van OCPP en API-beheer is een pré.
