Job Description
Are you an experienced and driven Contract Management professional eager to shape the future of supply chain processes in the energy sector? If so, we want to hear from you!
In your new position as Manager, Contract Management you will be a valuable member of our team, dedicated to managing and improving contract processes both upstream and downstream. You will have the chance to lead a team of Contract Managers, ensuring that our contract management practices are compliant, efficient, and aligned with our strategic objectives. Above all, your work will support the successful execution and management of our global projects.
Your place of work will be at one of our offices in Denmark. The position is full-time, and you should expect to travel 30 – 50 days per year between offices in Denmark and to our Polish office.

Your tasks & responsibilities
In this job you will be responsible for:
- Developing contracting standards and guidelines in collaboration with Legal and Procurement.
- Supporting bid responses and contract negotiations.
- Preparing and reviewing proposals for project supply chain contracts and frame agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Managing and monitoring existing project contracts, including planning, performance, and close-out.
- Identifying and managing contract risks, particularly commercial risks.
Your profile & qualifications
We are looking for a confident and structured professional who is passionate about contract management and eager to drive improvements. You have a proactive and organized approach to your work and are a natural leader.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- A minimum bachelor’s degree in law, business, or supply chain management.
- Extensive experience in Contracts & Procurement, including knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
- Proven ability in contract change management and claims handling.
- The right candidate should have a track record of negotiation within an international environment
- Experience with a project oriented organization
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English.
