Kundenmanagement / Netzabrechnung: Zusammenarbeit mit Marktpartnern in den unterschiedlichen Rollen, die der Energiemarkt vorsieht, und kontinuierliche Optimierung der zugehörigen Geschäfts- und Abrechnungsprozesse (gemäß Vorgaben der der Bundesnetzagentur); Energiedaten- und Messdatenmanagement für das 50Hertz-Netzgebiet; Vertragsmanagement für die Netzgroßkunden
Energiewirtschaft: Untersuchung der Energiemärkte; Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen zur Ausgestaltung des künftigen Strommarktes; Entwicklung von Verfahren zur Analyse und Prognose für die Systemführung, Entwicklung und Marktgestaltung für Systemdienstleistungen.
