- Betreuung von Kunden im Service im deutschsprachigen Raum
- Fehlersuche bei Anlagen und Erarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten
- Planung von Einsätzen und Lieferungen
- Angebotserstellung und Dokumentationen
Wir suchen / Sie bringen mit
- Grundkenntnisse in der Elektrotechnik und von technischen Anlagen
- Abgeschlossene technische / kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im technischen Kundenservice
- Sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsgeschick
- Freundliche, kundenorientierte Kommunikation am Telefon
- Hohes Maß an Verantwortung und Selbstorganisation
- Englischkenntnisse
