Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, develop project plans, and manage project execution.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements

Proven working experience in project management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)
PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
