Job Description
The Eurowind Energy Graduate Programme is a 22-month full-time position created to help you make the most of your talent.
During the graduate programme, you will gain a deep understanding of the renewable energy sector and our company. You will be included in international projects – you might even drive them yourself.
We take into account your educational background and your interests, aligning them with the areas where we see the greatest potential within the organisation.
As a growing company, we provide numerous options and opportunities for crafting a graduate programme that accelerate your career aspirations. The programme is flexible, allowing you to draw inspiration from the various tracks outlined below, which also represent our main business areas.
As a Eurowind Energy Graduate, you will
- be part of our graduate programme for 22 months
- rotate and be part of three departments to gain a broad insight in the energy sector
- get the chance to work outside Denmark in one of your rotations
- be a central part of projects that accelerate your experience and knowledge

Finance
As a Graduate in finance, you will get the chance to set your mark on the financial part of our world of renewables.
We have great global growth ambitions, and we plan to play a significant role in the energy society of the future. Therefore, securing group financing as well as commercial management of our assets are key elements in our business model.

Development
As a graduate in development, you will get the chance to follow a range of projects from the initial planning of parks with spinning turbines and shining solar cells – and that’s quite an impressive view!
Project development is a vital part of our company’s continued success, and we are always on the lookout for interesting new opportunities.

Strategic Business
As a graduate in strategy, you’ll be a central part of our exciting journey towards a future fueled on nothing but renewable energy.
One of our great focus areas is developing and commercialising new Power-to-X technologies. The crucial technologies that enable the green transition.

Analytics
As a graduate with a focus on Analytics, you will gain a deep understanding of our company and our business. You will be focusing on analytics and thereby improving our business processes across departments and countries.
During the program, you could work with:
- IT

Sustainability (ESG)
As a Graduate within sustainability, you will have the opportunity to work with project development from an ESG perspective, for instance in our Sustainability (ESG) department, where you will engage with critical aspects of environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives, contributing to our commitment to sustainable business practices.

Speed interview on Teams
We will invite relevant candidates for a speed interview on Teams (approximately 20 minutes) on an ongoing basis. Based on the interview, we will invite candidates to a second interview.
The second interview
We will invite candidates selected for a second interview to complete a DiSC personality assessment.
During the interview, you will meet with relevant managers, Head of HR Rikke Alkert, and Graduate Program Manager Anna Brandt Andersen. We will provide feedback on your DiSC results and discuss your profile in detail.
