Your tasks
- Design, develop and analyze multiple high-quality data sources to support the Procurement teams, focusing on providing actionable insights
- Conceptualize and implement the reports and dashboards for data analysis using Power BI
- Use data visualization tools to present complex financial data in a clear and accessible manner, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Develop & optimize data source to design comprehensive and insightful dashboards to visualize KPIs, trends, and performance indicators.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in transactional & financial data.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of SAP table structures, develop, design, and implement CDS views to enable data ingestion into Data warehouse, Data Lake or Data Sphere and the creation of reporting and analytics within the SAP application
- Work with a diverse set of stakeholders from multiple departments and will have a major impact in how the company handles data and makes decisions.
- Collaborate with the Core Data teams to develop and execute testing strategies for new algorithms, models, and data processing pipelines.
- Excellent soft skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment
Your qualifications
- Degree / Master’s degree in an analytics/data centric area such as supply chain management, mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, or industrial engineering
- 4-5 years of operations research, analytics and/or data science work in industry with a focus on supply chain topics
- Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in SAP Technical Analytics/BI development with a strong emphasis on CDS view creation (basic and advanced), as well as SAP SAC & FIORI tile development
- Very good knowledge of SQL and databases, and strong knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g. R, python) to support data extraction, manipulation, and automation
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based analytics solutions, and experience with Power BI for dashboard and report development
- Experience working in a formal change management environment and maintaining reports and dashboards throughout their lifecycle
- Exceptional analytical skills, lateral thinking, and experience in solving challenging problems. Focused on delivering results, working to targets, reviewing processes, and adapting quickly.
- Business fluent in English & German
