Role & Responsibilities

Strategic Technology Planning

• Develop a long-term technology roadmap in line with the company's business goals
• Identify and evaluate new technology trends, assessing their potential impact on company strategy and competitiveness
• Drive innovation initiatives and foster a culture of continuous technological improvement

Product Vision and Development

• Translate business strategy into actionable product development plans
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring successful launch, growth, and iteration of products
• Collaborate with product management teams to define product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals

Leadership and Team Management

• Lead, and mentor a diverse team of product development specialists
• Establish clear objectives and performance metrics for the product teams.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages innovation and creativity

Quality Assurance and User Experience

• Uphold high standards for quality, usability, and user experience in product development.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computing, Computer Science or related fields
• 10 years or more related experience in Product Management
• Strong understanding of product development and agile methodology, preferably in the B2B industry
• Good analytical skills to understand complex business problems
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment
• Ability to collaborate within a team and work independently
• Good in dealing with ambiguity and able to balance priorities
