Your tasks
- Leading turbine product over the entire product life cycle
- Continuous series improvement of Enercon turbines, e.g. qualification of new suppliers, after sales
- Management and processing of operational problems from production, service and authorities (availability,...)
- Development of project plans to lead the cross-functional team in line with upcoming issues in the field
- Active project management
- Perform day-to-day project management throughout the program lifecycle
- Manage the project budget, risks and issues and take corrective actions
- Coordinate projects and their dependencies
- Utilize and manage resources for various projects
- Managing product changes in the project together with the Product Change Manager
- Managing project issues with the central functions and external stakeholders
- Informing and presenting (interim) results to (top) management
Your qualifications
- Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Basic project management skills
- Awareness of interrelationships within an organization
- Cross-functional communication and leadership skills
- End-to-end thinking within the organization
- Ability to communicate at senior management level
- Willingness to resolve conflicts based on facts and figures
