Wir errichten speziell auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden abgestimmte Energielösungen rund um die Themenfelder Photovoltaik-Anlagen, Wärmepumpen und Elektromobilität. Wir bieten für unsere Kunden sämtliche Dienstleistungen aus einer Hand (vom Erstkontakt über die Auslegung bis zur vollständigen Errichtung und Installation).
Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt sind wir auf der Suche nach einem motivierten technischen Projektleiter für Großprojekte (>30 kWp bis ca. 200 kWp), der als Schnittstelle zwischen Auftraggeber und unseren technischen Teams fungiert.
Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?
- Projektmanagement: Sicherstellung der fachlichen und fristgerechten Umsetzung von Großprojekten insbesondere im Gewerbe und Industriebereich.
- Sicherstellung der kundengerechten Auftragsfertigstellung unter Berücksichtigung der Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards sowie der Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Koordination & Abstimmung mit den Vertriebsabteilungen und Sicherstellung des effizienten Personaleinsatzes/-disposition
- Qualitätsmanagement: ständige Verbesserung der Prozesse unter Einhaltung der Vorgaben aus den technischen Regelwerken und Normen
Welche Voraussetzungen solltest du erfüllen?
- Ausbildung zum Meister Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrungen als Projektleiter in vergleichbaren Projekten und Vorhaben
- Begeisterung für technische Systeme und Produkte sowie Fokus auf Kundenorientierung
- Erfahrungen mit Photovoltaik-Anlagen und Wärmepumpen von Vorteil
- Organisationstalent, motivierender Teamplayer mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise
- Führerschein Klasse B
