Das erwartet Dich

Wir suchen Dich als Project Specialist Controlling (m/w/d) für das Team Germany/Austria an einem unserer Standorte in Hirschberg a.d. Bergstraße, Berlin oder Hamburg. In Deiner Rolle unterstützt Du die Geschäftsbereichsleitung und Projektleiter bei der Überwachung unserer Budgets und der Ermittlung von relevanten Kennzahlen. Gleichzeitig gestaltest du als Key User aktiv die Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Tools und Prozesse mit.

Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung unseres Projekt- und Geschäftsbereichscontrollings, z.B. durch Ermittlung und Analyse von Kostenabweichungen sowie die Aufbereitung relevanter Kennzahlen
Erstellung von monatlichen Prognosen sowie finanziellen ad-hoc-Analysen zur effektiven Unterstützung des Managements
Vorbereitung von Prognosegesprächen
Aktive Nutzung, Betreuung, Schulung und Weiterentwicklung des ERP (AP+), BI-Tool und ggf. weiterer Tools (Unterstützung bei Fehlersuche und -behebung)
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung unseres neuen BI-Tools sowie projektrelevanter Dashboards
Sicherstellung kaufmännischer Standards
Aktive Mitarbeit in internen Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung im Bereich ERP, Finance, IT und Logistik

Wen wir suchen

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder Controlling, idealerweise im Projektgeschäft
Starke Ergebnis- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
Ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Kommunikationstalent
Erfahrung mit ERP und Affinität zu IT-Tools
Idealerweise Erfahrung in Accounting oder Logistik
