Job Description

The Material Resource Planner will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and transacting the flow of supplies and materials while maintaining accurate inventory levels to ensure production demands can be met.
Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing start-up environment to track material supplying to the master production build plan.
- Communicate with vendors to account for Eos inventory movement and quantities in various manufacturing locations.
- Responsible for tracking, investigating, and correcting inventory using NetSuite ERP.
- Transact all inventory movement (inbound, production, outbound) in various software such as Excel and NetSuite ERP.
- Work closely with operations, planning, logistics and sourcing departments to identify and address potential risks to manufacturing build plan.
- Track supplier capacity and ensure production ramp activities are on track to support production plan.
- Communicate site demand weekly, rolling 6 week and 12 month plan.

- Physically receiving and transacting small-package deliveries within the plant.
- Helping to solidify processes and procedures for receiving, transacting, and maintaining inventory.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Well organized and time management skills.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive thinker possessing the ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP (Enterprise Resource) systems.
- Strong planning, organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Team attitude; eager to cooperate with others, has exceptional interpersonal-communication skills.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain discipline, or 5+ years experience in related field.
- Understanding of ERP systems and data management.
- Proficient experience communicating with and requesting information from outside organizations.
