Compensation & Benefits
- Pay can vary based on the role. Production Technicians start $18.50/hr base rate.
- Medical benefits are effective day 1
- 18 days of PTO + 11 paid holidays
- Company stock for all Eos employees in the form of restricted stock units
- 3% 401k employer contribution with no employee deduction needed

Industrial Manufacturing Environment
Eos is an industrial manufacturing environment. Our production technicians work ~8 or ~12 hour shifts where they are on their feet all day. It’s a safety first environment with heavy machinery, forklifts, etc. Steel toe boots, safety glasses, and other PPE is required.
