Annahme, Analyse und Beseitigung von Störungen im Rahmen des User Helpdesk
Betreuung, Beratung und Schulung von Nutzerinnen und Nutzern
Mitarbeit in verschiedenen IT-Projekten (bspw. Migrationen und Systemumstellungen)
Installieren und Konfigurieren von Computern und mobilen Endgeräten
Integration von IT-Systemen in komplexe Netzwerk- und Client-Server-Systeme
