Stellenbeschreibung

Für die Verstärkung unseres Batterie-Teams suchen wir einen Bauleiter für Batteriespeichersysteme im MW-Bereich (BESS) mit folgenden Aufgaben:

Koordination aller Subunternehmen und Gewerke auf der Baustelle von der Lieferung bis zur Inbetriebnahme
Anlagenverantwortung für das Speichersystem während des Bau
Leitung der projektspezifischen Baubesprechungen vor Ort und über Teams
Erstellung wöchentlicher und (phasenweise) täglicher Fortschrittberichte von der Baustelle
Warenannahme/ Qualitätskontrolle
Umsetzung der Arbeitsschutzanforderungen auf der Baustelle
Einweisung von Arbeitsverantwortlichen während der Bauphase
Verteilung der Ausführungsplanung
Bildung der Schnittstelle zwischen dem Engineering und den arbeitsverantwortlichen Mitarbeitern auf der Baustelle
Koordination und Verteilung der Prüf- und Abnahmeprotokolle
Koordination der Restarbeiten nach Inbetriebnahme
Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands (ggf. einer spezifischen Region in DE)

Ihr berufliches Know-how

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker(-meister) oder Mechatroniker(-meister) oder praxisbezogenes Fachhochschul-Studium im technischen Bereich (z.B. Energietechnik, Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau)
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Bereich mit direktem Bezug zum Handwerk, Bauausführung, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung von technischen Komponenten - z.B. Bauleitung oder Betriebselektriker o.ä.
Elektrofachkraft (EFK) nach DIN VDE 1000-10 von Vorteil
Kenntnisse im Bereich der Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Batteriespeichersystemen sind von großem Vorteil
Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
Strukturiertes, kreatives und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
Hohe Eigeninitiative
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
Führerschein: Klasse B erforderlich, Klasse BE von Vorteil
