Deine Aufgaben
- Organisation und Begleitung der Genehmigungsverfahren für die Planung und Umsetzung von Photovoltaikprojekten als Freiflächenanlagen
- Kommunikation mit allen Stakeholdern (Grundstückseigentümer, Gemeinden, öffentlichen Einrichtungen)
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens gegenüber allen Projektbeteiligten
- Begutachtung der ausgewählten Projektflächen für die Umsetzungsphase und Bewertung von Risikofaktoren für Wirtschaftlichkeit und Nachhaltigkeit der Projekte
- Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den internen Teams (z.B. technische Planung, Finanzierung und Bau)
- Monitoring der termin-, qualitäts- und kostengerechten Ausführung der Photovoltaikprojekte
- Erstellung von Dokumentationen für das interne Projektmanagement
- Reisetätigkeit im Jahresdurchschnitt 5-8 Tage pro Monat an zugeordnete Projektstandorte
- Selbständiges Arbeiten am Standort Oldenburg / Homeoffice nach Absprache möglich
Deine Voraussetzungen
- Motivation in einem nachhaltigen Unternehmen an der Gestaltung der ganzheitlichen Energiewende mitzuwirken
- Erfahrungen von mind. 2 Jahren in der genehmigungsrechtlichen Projektplanung von Freiflächenanlagen sind zwingend erforderlich
- Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen für den Bau von Photovoltaik-Freiflächenanlagen-Anlagen sind zwingend erforderlich
- Planerische bzw. kaufmännische Berufsausbildung bzw. Studium (z. B. Geografie, Stadtplanung mit Schwerpunkt Bauleitplanung o. ä.)
- Kommunikations- und organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit
- Teamfähigkeit, selbstständige, zielorientierte und fokussierte Arbeitsweise
