Deine Aufgaben

Mitarbeit im Legalteam der E.ON-Gruppe: Unterstützung bei konzernweiten rechtlichen Fragestellungen und Abstimmung mit zentralen Legal-Stellen
Arbeitsrechtliche Beratung: Juristische Begleitung arbeitsrechtlicher Themen inkl. Prüfung von Arbeitsverträgen und Unterstützung bei personalbezogenen Maßnahmen
Vertragsrecht: Erstellung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von Verträgen mit Kunden, Geschäftspartnern und Dienstleistern (z. B. IT, Montage- und Vertriebspartner)
Vertragsstreitigkeiten: Betreuung von rechtlichen Auseinandersetzungen sowie außergerichtliche und gerichtliche Vertretung in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kanzleien
Finanzierungsrecht: Juristische Unterstützung bei Projekt- und Unternehmensfinanzierungen, insbesondere im Bereich der Erneuerbaren Energien
Kanzleisteuerung: Beauftragung, Koordination und Qualitätssicherung bei externen Anwaltskanzleien
Vertragsmanagement: Pflege des zentralen Vertragsarchivs sowie zentrale juristische Anlaufstelle für interne Fachabteilungen

Dein Profil

Ausbildung zur Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten
Erste Berufserfahrung im Unternehmensumfeld oder in einer Kanzlei, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Vertragsrecht
Sicherer Umgang mit juristischen Datenbanken und Vertragsmanagementsystemen
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und pragmatische Lösungsorientierung
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Interesse an einer Teilzeitstelle
