Deine Aufgaben

Koordination aller administrativen Aufgaben am Standort sowie für dezentrale Handwerkerteams und Handelsvertreter
Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern wie Gebäudereinigung, Autohäusern, Vermietern und Caterern
Buchung und Organisation von Dienstreisen sowie Verwaltung von Bürobedarf und Verpflegung für Kollegen
Verantwortung für das Fuhrparkmanagement inklusive Schadenabwicklung mit Versicherern und Sicherstellung der Mobilität
Betreuung des Büro- und Gebäudemanagements, inklusive Postbearbeitung, Telefonzentrale sowie Empfang von Kunden, Besuchern und Bewerbern

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement oder vergleichbar
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Office- und Fuhrparkmanagement sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Führerschein der Klasse B
Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
