Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess: Bewerbermanagement, Kommunikation und Durchführung von Telefoninterviews
Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenausschreibungen sowie Active Sourcing über LinkedIn
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Verwaltung von Personaldokumenten sowie Pflege unseres HR-Management-Systems
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von HR-Reports, Statistiken und administrativen Aufgaben sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
Mitwirkung an HR-Projekten wie Onboarding, Umfragen und der Organisation von Firmenevents

Dein Profil

Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Wirtschaft, Psychologie oder einem HR-nahen Studiengang
Interesse an einer Werkstudententätigkeit im Personalwesen mit 15–20 Stunden pro Woche
Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Personalbereich von Vorteil
Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit einer strukturierten und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
