Job Description
For our Business Area Wind we are now looking for a Working student – Project Governance (f/m/d) for our office in Hamburg.
This position is located in the Project Governance and Portfolio Management team in Staff Function Business Control. The team is actively shaping the decision making process and interacting with the organization on all levels. The role will involve working closely with the full team as well as exposure to the many activities happening in BA Wind.
What do we expect from you as a Working Student in BA Wind ?
- You support the optimization and automization of existing processes
- Contribute in the process of decision making within the Vattenfall Project Governance Framework
- You support in the alignment with different Business Units
- Support in the preparation or update of documentation and presentations
- Organizational tasks
Qualifications
Who are you:
- You are studying (industrial) engineering, business administration, or equivalent, ideally with a specification in strategy and/or renewable energies and are at least enrolled for another 12 month.
- Your English communication skills are strong, both verbally and written.
- Good Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) knowledge is required. PowerBI and PowerAutomate is a plus.
- You have a structured way of working and are performance-oriented with ability to prioritize
- You are highly motivated, communicative, pro-active and you enjoy working in a team.
- You ask for help and guidance when needed and think beyond the task at hand, making suggestions wherever you see room for improvement.
