To support and continue our ambitious growth journey, KK Wind Solutions is seeking a new Senior Product Platform Manager - Power Converter to join our Global Technology business division.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the lifecycle of the Power Conversion Platform, including shared modules, cabinets, and components across variants and markets.
• Drive platform strategy and roadmap aligned with business and technology goals, ensuring modularity, reuse, and lifecycle manageability.
• Ensure the platform supports scalability, flexibility, and fast time-to-market while maintaining cost-efficiency and technical excellence.
• Translate business and technology needs into platform-level requirements to guide development and architecture.
• Collaborate with Business Divisions via governance forums to capture market needs and ensure broad product support. Engage with Sales only on key projects requiring platform expertise, with Sales owning customer and commercial interactions.
• Standardize platform interfaces for compatibility across power levels, form factors, and cooling concepts.
• Own platform lifecycle KPIs, including reuse rate, BOM cost, lifecycle performance, and integration success.
• Act as the technical link between Product Development and Business Divisions, ensuring delivery of platform requirements. Support Sales only on strategic opportunities requiring platform design expertise.
• Align platform development with portfolio roadmaps and business priorities, focusing on performance, scalability, and cost.
• Provide technical input on customer opportunities related to platform architecture, design, or lifecycle.
• Present platform performance and evolution in cross-functional forums

Our requirements

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), Technology Management, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5–10 years in platform or product lifecycle roles.
• Experience with hardware platform development in power electronics, converters, or energy systems.
• Solid understanding of platform thinking, modularization, and lifecycle management.
• Strong skills in cross-functional alignment, architecture trade-offs, and balancing technical and commercial considerations at a platform level

• Experience within the Wind and/or Power-to-X industries is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across engineering, sourcing, and commercial teams.
• Experience providing technical input for strategic customer opportunities when relevant to platform architecture
• Familiar with cost modelling, supply chain impacts, and industrialization constraints.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to handle both abstraction and technical depth.
