Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated resource for customer requests related to the TCM® product group
• Create and maintain the required TCM® infrastructure for both external customers and internal operations and services (e.g. server migrations, installation troubleshooting, software updates, and configurations)
• Provide direct customer support via ticketing system, phone, email, remote desktop tools, and VPN connections
• Manage customer projects involving implementation of the TCM® solution in their environment
• Deliver customer training on the use of TCM® products
• Participate in software validation and maintain documentation

Our requirements

• Technical education in computer science, IT support, as a technician, or a similar background
• Experience working with Linux (RHEL), Windows Server platforms (2012, 2019, IIS), and MySQL/MSSQL is preferable
• Skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining databases (MariaDB, MSSQL/MySQL 5 & 8)
• Experience using VPN clients, including configuration, port forwarding, and remote desktop
• Familiarity with basic network setup and infrastructure
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer setups and projects simultaneously
• Willingness and ability to develop in-depth knowledge of TCM® to troubleshoot product-specific issues
• Experience with electronic troubleshooting (e.g. programming hardware, mechatronics, and installation of electronic devices)
• Experience with or knowledge of Bash, PowerShell, and PHP is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Experience using Windows CMD prompt
• Fluent in English at a business level; Danish is an advantage
