Job Description
Swire Renewable Energy is looking for skilled experienced Wind Turbine Service Technicians to join us on upcoming projects in Denmark.
Requirements
- You have experience in service and maintenance on either SGRE, Vestas, GE or Nordex turbines
- You ideally have Vestas service level D+C qualification.
- You ideally have SGRE Level 4 / Level 5 authorization/nomination
- You have a completed a mechanical/technical/electrical education.
- You are cooperative, communicative, open-minded, and flexible – with respect for others and other cultures.
- Ability and confidence to work at height (includes physical fitness to climb)
- Clean drivers’ licence and ability to obtain a Passport.
- Valid GWO training and OGUK Medical Fitness certificate
- Must be eligible to hold a valid Passport and Driver’s License.
- Good communication skills in English both verbal and in-writing.
- Right to work in the EU.
Main Responsibilities
- Participate in maintenance and servicing wind turbine generators.
- Perform Commissioning and Troubleshooting tasks
- Major Component Exchange
- Corrective Maintenance
- Check and supervise that quality measures and safety instructions are being respected.
- Check and supervise the selection and usage of special tools and equipment.
- Snagging and preventative maintenance of components.
- Completion of documentation.
- Additional tasks as required by site management.
