As we continue to grow, we are now seeking to strengthen our Application Support team with an Application Support Analyst at our Stirling, Glasgow or St John's Town of Dalry, Castle Douglas office

We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to provide first-line application support and training to colleagues across Natural Power. Your work will help teams make the most of our systems, enabling them to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate our helpdesk, responding promptly to user queries
  • Provide support across a range of corporate IT systems
  • Develop and deliver engaging user training sessions
  • Help colleagues optimise their use of our tools and processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting and working with corporate IT systems
  • ERP experience (IFS, SAP, or Dynamics 365) is a plus, but not essential
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
