As we continue to grow, we are now seeking to strengthen our Continuous Improvement and Performance team with an Implementation Project Manager at our Glasgow, Stirling or The Greenhouse office.

Our Team

Our Operations and Asset Management team manage over 200 renewable energy sites across the UK and Europe. Site management is delivered by our asset managers, regional field team and technical experts. Our in-house ControlCentre provides a wealth of services including health and safety coordination, grid code services, 24/7 monitoring and high voltage support. The servicing and repair technicians also form an integral part of the Operations and Asset Management team, working closely with analysts and engineers to schedule maintenance work.

NPS Continuous Improvement & Performance (CIP) Team

The group supports development and delivery of system, performance, and continuous improvement within NPS teams across Service Operations, Asset Management, P.R.O. and the Control Centre.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Lead the transition process for new projects, ensuring successful handover from the Bid Management Team to service delivery departments.
  • Define, improve, and manage the end-to-end project implementation framework.
  • Develop and maintain project implementation documentation, templates, and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with each delivery department to align resources, schedules, and operational plans.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase and beyond, ensuring alignment, transparency, excellent communication and delivery of our contractual obligations.
  • Track key milestones, identify risks, and proactively address implementation challenges.
  • Facilitate cross-functional kick-off and debrief sessions for every project onboarding and own associated Lessons Learnt activities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, health & safety protocols, and internal quality expectations.
  • Provide senior leadership with implementation insights and project handover performance metrics.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement within the implementation processes.

General Responsibilities

This is a PERMANENT role, working 37.5 hours per week, 0900-1730.
