The People & Culture team in Vestas is working across countries and functions to advocate and support a thriving work environment. The People & Culture team supporting Vestas Global Customer Project Execution (CPX) function is a skilled team of colleagues based in Denmark, Sweden, UK and Germany. As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting them in enhancing organizational performance through effective people strategies. You will work closely with managers and employees to ensure alignment between business objectives and P&C practices, creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement P&C strategies that support organizational goals and provide guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
- Advise on employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
- Support and guide leaders in P&C core processes and our annual wheel - the CPD process, people review and our Employee Engagement Survey
- Ensure compliance with Danish labor laws and company policies
- Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to guide leaders
- Contribute to P&C processes such as compensation reviews, policy development, and organizational change
- Act as a change agent to promote cultural alignment and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience from HR or P&C roles
- Comprehensive understanding of Danish employment law and P&C processes
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making
- Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)

Additional information
