Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie entwickeln und implementieren neue Produktkonzepte mit Fokus auf Batteriespeicher, Flexibilitätsprodukte und Regelenergie
  • Sie beobachten und analysieren Kundenbedürfnisse sowie Day-Ahead-, Intraday- und Reservemärkte, und leiten daraus Strategien und Handlungen für unsere Produkte und das Unternehmen ab
  • Sie sind im Rahmen des Produktmanagements verantwortlich für die Optimierung bestehender Produkte sowie die Umsetzung aktueller regulatorischer und rechtlicher Anforderungen, und setzen diese als zentrale Ansprechperson mit beteiligten Abteilungen gemeinsam um
  • Sie pflegen ein Netzwerk zu Projektentwicklern, Asset Managern sowie IPPs, und bauen dieses auf Fachmessen und Branchenveranstaltungen aus
  • Sie beraten Kund:innen bei Konzeptentwicklung und Produktlösungen. Dabei nehmen Sie erste wirtschaftliche Bewertungen vor und berücksichtigen technisch-rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen
  • Sie planen und übernehmen die Durchführung regelmäßiger Produkt-/Prozessschulungen, um die Kolleg:innen stets auf den neuesten Stand der Entwicklungen zu bringen

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft oder in der Beratung bzw. Industrie mit energiewirtschaftlichem Bezug
  • Sie bringen ein fundiertes Verständnis in den Bereichen PPA, Flexibilitätsvermarktung, Origination, Portfoliomanagement, oder Vergleichbares sowie großes Interesse für den Energiehandel und energiewirtschaftliche Fragestellungen und Prozesse mit
  • Sie haben Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Produkten und Prozessen
  • Sie haben erfolgreich Verantwortung für Projekte übernommen und verstehen es, die Anforderungen aller Stakeholder zu berücksichtigen und zu hinterfragen
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und zielorientiert
  • Sie haben eine hohe Affinität zu IT, können sich schnell in typische Projektmanagementtools einarbeiten (Jira, Confluence) und sind optimalerweise mit Scrum und dem Leading SAFe Framework vertraut
  • Sie sind teamfähig und ergreifen die Initiative
  • Sie kommunizieren überzeugend und verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und sehr gut auf Englisch
