Job Description
The congressional affairs intern will support the Congressional Affairs team in safeguarding the future of the solar and storage industries. This position is a great opportunity for individuals interested in public policy, government relations, and trade association work.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Legislative research
- Compiling prep materials for senior leadership
- Support in planning and executing advocacy events
- Attending hearings and briefings
- Providing general administrative support
Requirements
- Problem-solving
- Organization
- Flexibility
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with Salesforce and MS Outlook preferred
- All majors are encouraged to apply
Compensation

Working Conditions
- This position is 15-20 hours/week
- This internship is based in the Washington, DC office
- Interns MUST be in the office on designated team days (2-3 days a week) and specifically for cohort touch base.
