Das erwartet Dich
Als Bauleitung (m/w/d) übernimmst Du eine Schlüsselrolle in der Umsetzung unserer Photovoltaik- und Batteriespeicherprojekte in Österreich. Du koordinierst den gesamten Bauablauf – von der Planung bis zur Abnahme – und stellst sicher, dass alle Arbeiten präzise und gemäß den Vorgaben ausgeführt werden. Deine Aufgabe ist es, die handwerklichen und bautechnischen Prozesse reibungslos zu orchestrieren, den Baufortschritt zu überwachen und höchste Sicherheitsstandards auf der Baustelle zu gewährleisten.
Deine Aufgaben
- Koordination und Abstimmung aller beteiligten Gewerke in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Behörden, externen Dienstleistern und internen Fachabteilungen
- Baustellenüberwachung und Sicherstellung einer termin- und budgetgerechten Projektabwicklung
- Einhaltung aller Bauauflagen und Leistungsbeschreibungen
- Qualitätsmanagement auf der Baustelle zur Gewährleistung unserer hohen Standards
- Durchführung von Abnahmen mit Nachunternehmen und Kunden, um die Zufriedenheit aller Beteiligten sicherzustellen
Wen wir suchen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder Elektroingenieurwesen, alternativ Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im elektrotechnischen oder bautechnischen Bereich
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Bauleitung, idealerweise für Photovoltaikanlagen
- Erweiterte Kenntnisse in Kalkulation, VOB, Ausführungsplanung, Vertragswesen und Bauausführung
- Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik sind ein Plus
- Grundschulungen im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1)
- Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands und teilweise Österreichs, einschließlich regelmäßiger mehrtägiger oder mehrwöchiger Einsätze am Stück
