Das erwartet Dich
Als Oberbauleitung (m/w/d) koordinierst Du den gesamten Ablauf unserer Photovoltaik- und Batteriespeicherprojekte in Österreich sowie teilweise in Deutschland. Du stellst die sachgerechte Ausführung der Baumaßnahmen sicher und sorgst für ein reibungsloses Zusammenfügen der handwerklichen und bautechnischen Arbeiten. Darüber hinaus bist Du für die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorkehrungen und Bauvorschriften verantwortlich.
Deine Aufgaben
- Bauleitung aller Gewerke sowie Abstimmung und Koordinierung mit Kunden, Behörden, externen Dienstleistern und Fachabteilungen
- Führung eines Bauleiterteams von zwei bis sechs Bauleitern auf der Baustelle
- Überwachung der Baustelle und Sicherstellung einer korrekten, budget- und termingerechten Projektabwicklung
- Einhaltung der Bauauflagen und Leistungsbeschreibung
- Unterstützung bei der Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Nachunternehmerleistungen
- Erstellung und Pflege des Bauzeitenplans
- Qualitätsmanagement auf der Baustelle
- Durchführung von Abnahmen mit Nachunternehmen und Kunden
Wen wir suchen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurswesen, Elektroingenieur oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung im bau- oder elektrotechnischen Bereich
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter für Photovoltaikprojekte
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kalkulation, VOB, Ausführungsplanung, Vertragswesen und Bauausführung
- Gute Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik
- Grundschulungen im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit
- Kommunikationsstärke, Führungsqualitäten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs und teilweise in Deutschland
