We require a experienced CMMS Project Engineer and administrator to join our team based in Norddeich
What You’ll Do
- Function as CMMS (IBM Maximo) Admin User
- Responsible for the implementation, continuous development and optimization of the CMMS in terms of O&M and project-specific requirements, working methods and processes
- Active exchange with all relevant departments and projects to carry out changes, implement and install new and additional functions, as well as coordinate the corresponding interfaces
- Regular exchange with the IT department and the responsible IT service manager
- Cooperation with external partners
- Coordination, prioritization and monitoring as well as tracking of all CMMS requests and tasks
- Function as the main contact person for the O&M CMMS, as an escalation contact person and for the development of suitable solutions, in cooperation with the respective stakeholders, specialist departments and projects.
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the CMMS
- Managing User Accounts and Profiles
- User error analysis
- Troubleshooting System Errors
- Correction of bookings
- Preparation of various reports
- Creation of assets
- Creation and maintenance of CMMS documentation such as manuals, work instructions
- Facilitation of internal/external project meetings, including the planning of activities/measures
- Generate regular CMMS status reports
- Creation and delivery of CMMS training courses
- Physical management of O&M OT devices, such as service notebooks and tablets, in accordance with IT/OT policies and procedures
- Preparation, participation and support in contract management
- Function as O&M Project Engineer/ Technical Project Manager
- Management, coordination and implementation of O&M projects in cooperation with the respective departments
- Active support from the O&M Hub Support and the Senior O&M Manager

- Discrete: Used to managing confidential or sensitive information.
Qualifications and Experience
- Completed studies or training in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
- Advanced knowledge of the use of a CMMS system, such as IBM Maximo
- Experienced using all MS Office applications
- Good level of German and English
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
