Du bist ein Zahlenmensch mit strategischem Weitblick und möchtest aktiv an der finanziellen Steuerung eines Unternehmens mitwirken? In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernimmst Du zentrale Aufgaben im Controlling, der Finanzplanung und der Beratung der Geschäftsleitung. Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen zusammen und gestaltest Prozesse aktiv mit – immer mit dem Ziel, Transparenz, Effizienz und wirtschaftlichen Erfolg sicherzustellen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für die Organisation und Optimierung der Abläufe im Rechnungswesen
- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Sicherstellung eines transparenten Berichtswesens
- Entwicklung von Budgets, Finanzprognosen und Planungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
- Analyse und Bewertung von Kostenstrukturen zur Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung von Finanz- und Verwaltungsprozessen
- Beratung der Geschäftsleitung, Fachbereiche und externer Partner in finanziellen und administrativen Fragen
- Mitwirkung bei Controlling-Analysen, Vertragsmanagement und administrativen Prozessen
- Überwachung des Cashflows und Sicherstellung einer ausgeglichenen Finanz- und Kapitalstruktur
- Durchführung von Risikoanalysen im Finanzierungsbereich sowie Entwicklung von Finanzstrategien
- Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Finanzplänen und gesetzlichen Vorschriften
- Forderungsmanagement und Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Übernahme der Budgetverantwortung
- Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie, -ziele und -kultur im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
- Förderung eines positiven Führungsstils und Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutz
- Sicherstellung eines aktiven Informationsflusses innerhalb des Teams
Das bringst Du mit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzwesen, Controlling, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Controllingbereich
- Konversationssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Statistik, Steuerrecht und Rechnungslegung
- Erfahrung mit SAP, DATEV und relevanter Accounting-Software
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und systematische Arbeitsweise
- Führungskompetenz, Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Kommunikationsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit und ein sicheres, positives Auftreten
- Selbständiges, verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten mit Fokus auf Qualität, Umwelt und Sicherheit
- Flexibilität in der Arbeitszeitgestaltung entsprechend der Aufgaben und Abläufe
- Wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln sowie Kenntnisse über rechtliche und wirtschaftliche Rahmenbedingungen
