In Deiner Rolle als Industriekletterer ( m / w / d ) an Windenergieanlagen bist Du direkt an der Instandhaltung und Optimierung von Windkraftanlagen beteiligt. Du führst u.a. anspruchsvolle Arbeiten an Rotorblättern in großer Höhe durch und trägst damit wesentlich zur Betriebssicherheit und Effizienz der Anlagen bei. Mit Deinem technischen Know-how und Deiner Erfahrung im Seilzugangstechnik erkennst Du Schäden frühzeitig, dokumentierst diese präzise und setzt individuelle Reparaturlösungen um. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Technik- und Serviceteams zusammen, hältst Sicherheitsstandards ein und bringst Deine Expertise aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsprozessen ein. Dein Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Deine körperliche Belastbarkeit und Dein Blick für Details machen Dich zu einem unverzichtbaren Teil unseres Teams im Bereich Windenergie
Deine Aufgaben
- Begutachtung, Wartung, Reparatur und Instandhaltung, z.B. von Rotorblättern von Windenergieanlagen und weiteren Komponenten per Seilzugangstechnik
- Durchführung von technischen und zustandsorientierten Überprüfungen
- Technische Dokumentation und Reporting
- Arbeiten in Teams (2-3 Mann) aus dem Seil
Das bringst Du mit
- Ausbildung als Seilzugangstechniker (Fisat , Sprat , IRATA)
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Windenergie (z. B. Zertifikate PSAgA, GWO etc.) ist wünschenswert
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und körperliche Fitness
- Uneingeschränkte Reisebereitschaft im In-und Ausland
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Führerschein der Klasse B/BE bzw. ehemalige Klasse 3
