Job Description
We're looking for a detail-driven Talent Development Manager to power the operations behind our learning and development programs. In this role, you'll make sure training runs smoothly, the LMS works flawlessly, onboarding is seamless and the data tells a clear story of impact. You'll keep the engine of our talent development function running at full speed while creating an engaging, consistent employee experience. This position is based at our San Diego headquarters (hybrid) and requires 20-25% travel.

Position Responsibilities and Duties
- Run the show: Own the logistics for training programs, workshops and learning events (virtual, in-person, hybrid).
- Align to strategy: Ensure core training programs are delivered consistently company-wide, and tailor division-specific training to align with strategic goals and audience needs.
- Own the LMS: Manage content, reporting, user support and system optimization to keep learning easy and accessible.
- Drive onboarding: Lead and scale onboarding programs to give every new hire a smooth, consistent start.
- Track results: Build dashboards, monitor participation and share insights that show what's working and what's not.
- Streamline processes: Simplify, document and improve workflows so learning operations are efficient and scalable.
- Partner smart: Work with HR, IT, business leaders and vendors to deliver top-notch learning experiences.
- Lead the team: Support, coach and empower direct reports to deliver smooth, scalable talent development operations.
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience in Learning & Development, HR operations or Talent Management.
- Experience leading onboarding programs across a growing organization.
- Strong project management skills - you keep moving parts on track.
- Data-savvy mindset - you use metrics to measure and improve impact.
- Skilled communicator and team player - you build trust and drive results across functions.
- Experience managing and developing team members - you foster accountability, growth and collaboration.

$107,850.00 - $134,812.00
