Requirements
- Bachelor's degree program graduation between May 2024 and December 2026 (including).
- Advanced/fluent English.
Our recruiting process for this program consists of several steps throughout the course of 3 months. These steps are:
- Application Questionnaire: Upload your resume and answer some questions with basic information.
- Individual Assessment: Online assessment composed of video interview questions and games.
- Group Assessment: Online sessions of 20-25 participants. Learn more about AES and participate in a group activity with other candidates.
- Business Panel & Interview: Online session with senior leaders and Human Resources, in which you analyze a business case in groups. Individual interviews with finalists after business panels.
- Start date of program: January 2027.

The annual base salary for this position at the commencement of employment is $81,000. The total compensation package for this position also includes an annual bonus. Benefits offered for this position include medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k) eligibility, and paid time off (including vacation, sick leave, and parental leave). Details regarding participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an at-will position, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or department/team performance, and market factors.
