Are you a Senior Product Designer? If so, Greenely is looking for an exceptional individual to join our team!

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with UX focus to join our team in Stockholm. As we are scaling, this role will be a crucial part of building the next generation of Greenely. In the role, you will lead the UX and UI design of our consumer-facing applications, from early discovery to implementation. Your expertise in creating seamless user experiences and visually compelling designs will play a key role in shaping the future of our products.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead work end-to-end in the Greenely app as well as in other channels.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance user experience.
• Ensure a cohesive design language and maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Drive innovation by staying up-to-date with design trends and best practices.

What you'll need to succeed

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of leading design efforts from discovery to launch.
• Experience working with well-established consumer app companies.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and the ability to simplify complex user flows.
• Expertise in creating visually appealing and functional UI designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
• A results-driven mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
