How to Contribute to Our Vision

• Designs and engineers the component down to detail to satisfy the specified requirements of the customer.
• Defines the products and subcomponents to be used including their concrete characteristics.
• Configures the products used according to the requirements.
• Develops detailed solutions for the integration to ensure the interaction of the individual elements as a functioning unit.
• Takes the responsibility for the realization of the component with the required functionality, prepares the design documentation.
• May minister the executing units (e.g. manufacturing, procurement, logistics).

• Study and evaluation of the ventilation of power electronics converters for
• the industrial photovoltaic and wind power sector using computational fluid
• dynamics (CFD) simulations with Ansys Icepak.
• Thermal management of electronic components in power converters using
• computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations with Ansys Icepak.
• Analytical calculations to support equipment ventilation for customer end
• solutions.
• Mechanical design of power converters for the industrial sector using Catia
• V5 and Siemens NX.
• CAD design and preparation of 2D drawings
• Selection of fans based on heat loss calculations
• Selection of fasteners and calculation of tightening torques
• Preparation of converter assembly documentation
