Accountant

We are looking for a proactive and independent Accountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you will handle end-to-end accounting for selected Group entities (Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany), while also managing international intercompany loans.

This position is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to broaden their expertise in dynamic international environment, working with complex loan and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Recording daily accounting transactions for designated entities (NL, CH, DE), including invoices, bank statements, fixed assets, payroll, VAT journals, and other general ledger entries
• Managing intercompany loans across multiple countries
• Performing balance sheet reconciliations
• Overseeing monthly and annual closing activities (depreciation, revaluations, accruals, provisions, etc.)
• Collaborating with external accountants and auditors
• Supporting ERP system implementation and drive process improvements
• Assisting with additional accounting and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience as an independent accountant
• Solid knowledge of general accounting rules and principles
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel - including complex functions and pivot tables
• Experience with ERP system such as NetSuite or Business Central is a strong advantage
• Czech and English on advanced level - you will primarily manage foreign entities and communicate with international partners on a daily basis
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
